We (the people behind the Shockland apps and the Shockland.com website) are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our services, including children. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Some Must Fall is designed for a family audience that includes children under 13. We treat every player as a child. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements as follows:

• The app does not ask players for their age, name, email address or any other personal information. There are no accounts.
• Advertising: all ads are served as child-directed (COPPA) ads. No personalized or interest-based advertising is shown. The app does not request or use the Android Advertising ID (AAID/GAID).
• No chat: players cannot type messages or names that other players can see. Each player is given an automatically generated guest name (for example "guest1234"). The only communication between players is a set of preset emotion icons.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not use any information for behavioral advertising or profiling.
• Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child inappropriately may contact us (see "Contacting Us" below) to request review, correction, or deletion of that information.

Information Collected

The app does not require registration. Game progress (such as coins, scores and unlocked cars) is stored on your device. To work, the app and the services described below necessarily receive technical data such as your IP address, device type and operating system version, and basic gameplay data (for example your position and score during an online match).

Online Multiplayer

Online matches are provided through the Photon real-time networking service (Exit Games). During a match, other players can see your automatically generated guest name and your in-game actions. Photon receives the data needed to connect you to a match, including your IP address.

Third-Party Services and Advertising SDKs

Our apps use third-party services to display advertising and measure app performance. These services may collect and process data on our behalf, such as IP address, device type and general usage data. Currently, this includes:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), used for ad mediation. It is configured to serve child-directed (COPPA) ads only.
• The app also contains the Unity Ads and Google AdMob software that LevelPlay can use as ad networks. Which networks actually serve ads is set in our LevelPlay account, and every network runs under the same child-directed (COPPA) setting.

The app does not use the Android Advertising ID. We may add or change third-party service providers from time to time; this policy will be updated to reflect any such changes.

Shockland Server

When the app starts, it contacts our server at shockland.com to check for a Shockland promotional image. This request includes the name of the game and a timestamp and, like any internet request, your IP address. It does not include your name, email address or any advertising identifier.

Website and Browser Version

Analytics. On the pages of this website (shockland.com) we use Google Analytics, a service of Google, to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device and browser they use. It sets cookies. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization for this property. You can block it in your browser settings or with an extension, or use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Analytics is not used in our games, and not on the page where the browser version of the game is played.

Browser version of the game. Some Must Fall can also be played in a web browser. It follows the same rules as the app: no account, no chat, no typed names, and an automatically generated guest name. Your progress (coins, scores and unlocked cars) is saved in your browser's own storage on your device, and is lost if you clear your browser data. Online matches use the Photon service, as in the app. The browser version currently shows no advertising; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Disclosing Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with other parties, except:

• With your (or your parent/guardian's) permission.
• When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
• When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a user or the public, or to investigate potential violations of our terms.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify users before any transfer of information and prior to it becoming subject to a different privacy policy.
• With service providers (such as the services listed above) who process data on our behalf, under obligations to protect it appropriately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
